CAPE AIR VISITS TECNAM FOR ACCEPTANCE OF FIRST TWO P2012 TRAVELLER AIRCRAFT

The Acceptance of the aircraft, P2012 SN003 and P2012 SN004, took place from July 16 to July 18, 2019 at Tecnam Headquarters – Capua, in the presence of Cape Air Senior Vice President, Fleet Planning & Acquisitions, Jim Goddard, and Tecnam Chief Operating Officer, Giovanni Pascale.

First flight of the P2012 Traveller without its test pilot.

On 23 Feb 2019 the P2012 Traveller took off for the first time without its Test Pilot on board.
Flying the aircraft this time was Capt. Giovanni Pascale which at the moment is the only other pilot authorized to fly the P2012. 
The flight took off from Capua (LIAU) direct to Catania (LICC)
